A $25.00 deposit will hold your spot in the class. The entire amount due must be paid in full to the Synergy Office no later that 7 days prior to the class. All classes have limited enrollment. All registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please arrive early to sign-in on the first day of class
SHAC does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property in connection with any CEU class.
SHAC reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or emergency.
In the event that your class is canceled by us you will receive a refund of the full amount that was paid. SHAC is not responsible for any financial loss due to cancellation, including, but not limited to travel expenses and accommodations.
In order to receive a refund of your tuition (minus non-refundable deposit) SHAC must be notified prior to the start of the class that you will not be in attendance.
