A major credit card number is required to register for a class. The entire amount due must be paid in full to the Synergy office on the first day of class and the participant may authorize use of the required credit card on file to be charged or pay by check or cash. All classes have limited enrollment. All registrations are on a first-come first-serve basis. Please arrive early to sign-in on the first day of class.

SMWC reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or emergency

In the event that a class is canceled by Synergy one will be notified one week ahead. SMWC is not responsible for any financial loss due to cancellation, including, but not limited to travel expenses and accommodations.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all registered participants which will be charged to the credit card on file, unless verifiable emergency.
